Justin Baldoni spotted surfing in Costa Rica amid Lively lawsuit
Justin Baldoni was spotted surfing during a birthday trip to Costa Rica as Blake Lively’s lawsuit against him continues, Pagesix reported.
Photos show the It Ends With Us director enjoying a beach day on Sunday, the day after his 42nd birthday, smiling and laughing with his wife Emily and their children Maiya Grace, 10, and Maxwell Roland‑Samuel, 8. He was photographed hugging his wife and son, opening a beverage, riding a white surfboard while wearing geometric‑print board shorts, two chain necklaces and a surf helmet; earlier he was seen on a red ATV in a black muscle tee.
His getaway came days after unsealed documents from Lively’s lawsuit — in which she sued him for alleged sexual harassment on the set of their 2024 movie — released text messages that included a studio executive calling him a "moron" after he allegedly alluded to rape while promoting the film, and a conversation in which Taylor Swift reportedly called him a "bitch" with a "tiny violin." A source told Us Weekly that Swift felt exposed by the leaks. Baldoni’s $400 countersuit accusing Lively of defamation was dismissed last June.
