Kaley Cuoco criticizes Ashley Tisdale over 'toxic' mom group drama
Kaley Cuoco weighed in on Ashley Tisdale’s “toxic” mom group drama during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “I mean, if you don’t like being part of a group, just leave, baby,” Cuoco said. Cohen quickly agreed, and the actress added, “You don’t have to [write an essay about it].
I don’t think we have to talk about it. Just leave… find a new group.” Tisdale made headlines after publishing a January essay in The Cut that called out a former friend group of moms — which included Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor and Mandy Moore — for allegedly excluding her from group hangouts.
In the piece she said the group’s “dynamic stopped being healthy and positive,” and she has since stopped following Duff and Moore on Instagram; a rep for Tisdale denied that Duff and Moore were the targets of the essay.
