Kendall Jenner’s $23M Montecito estate includes stables and riding arena
According to Pagesix, Kendall Jenner’s new $23 million mansion in Montecito, Calif., about 91 miles northwest of Los Angeles, includes on-site horse stables and a riding arena.
Aerial shots obtained by the outlet show a training facility fitted with jump fences and other gear; the six-acre property is privately nestled behind trees and shrubs and includes six small houses. Jenner purchased the home last February and is often seen riding — she told the Cut in 2019 that she grew up riding and begged her parents for a pony, and the report notes she was gifted her first horse at age 12.
In December, Jenner shared festive photos that offered a small glimpse inside the ranch, showing a Christmas tree by a window, a garland over a fireplace and rooms reflecting a minimalist style, including a black-painted room with a wooden table and vase of flowers. The report also notes she has competed in horse shows under a pseudonym on a Season 7 episode of "The Kardashians" and has said she owns a "top secret" estate in Wyoming, according to Architectural Digest.
