Cbssports reports the NFL conference championship matchups — New England at Denver and Los Angeles at Seattle — feature several notable injuries that could influence both games. Most notably, the Broncos will be without starting quarterback Bo Nix after he suffered an ankle fracture during Denver’s Divisional Round win over the Buffalo Bills, and the Seahawks will be without running back Zach Charbonnet after he tore his ACL in the win over the San Francisco 49ers.

In initial practice reports, New England listed Harold Landry III (knee) and Marte Mapu (hip) as not practicing Wednesday; Carlton Davis (concussion protocol), Christian Elliss (hip), Thayer Munford Jr. (knee), Hunter Henry (rest) and Morgan Moses (rest) were limited, while Joshua Farmer (hamstring), TreVeyon Henderson (shoulder), Terrell Jennings (concussion protocol) and Robert Spillane (hand) practiced in full.

Denver listed Nix (ankle) as not practicing; J.K. Dobbins (foot), Troy Franklin (hamstring), Pat Bryant (concussion protocol) and Alex Forsyth (ankle) were limited, while several others practiced fully; Jarrett Stidham will start in Nix’s place. Los Angeles listed Quentin Lake (illness) and Byron Young (knee) as not practicing and Emmanuel Forbes (shoulder) as limited.
