Law & Order Season 25: Episode 12 'Never Say Goodbye' airs tonight at 8/7c

An all-new episode of Law & Order airs tonight at 8/7c on NBC and streams the next day on Peacock — Season 25, Episode 12, titled "Never Say Goodbye."

The logline for tonight's chapter reads: "Riley and Walker must find the motive behind a flight investigator's murder; when Walker's police work is questioned in court, Price and Maroun change tactics and try to put the defendant's state of mind on trial."

Season 25 centers on Lt. Jessica Brady (Maura Tierney) and the 27th Precinct, with A.D.A.s helping drive courtroom showdowns. Season 25 newcomer David Ajala, who plays Detective Theo Walker, told NBC Insider in 2025 that "there is something very, very special about being part of this franchise" when shooting in New York City.

Last week's episode, "The Enemy of All Women," followed the 27th as they investigated the murder of a woman who worked for a high-tech surveillance company; detectives uncovered she had been sexually assaulted by her corrupt CEO, who provided doctored surveillance tapes as an alibi before ultimately accepting a plea deal after the A.D.A.s connected him to additional assaults.

New episodes of Law & Order Season 25 air Thursdays at 8/7c on NBC and are available to stream on Peacock the next day. Peacock also streams Seasons 13 through 20, Season 23, and Season 24 of Law & Order, as well as SVU, Law & Order: Organized Crime, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
