Leaked teaser shows Wakanda and Fantastic Four in Avengers: Doomsday
Movieweb reports the fourth — reportedly final — teaser for Avengers: Doomsday has leaked online just ahead of the official release of the third teaser.
The footage focuses on two superhero groups, showing Shuri (Letisha Wright) and King M’Baku (Winston Duke) walking through a desert with the Dora Milaje behind them, includes Namor and Namora, and finds the Wakandans introducing themselves to the Fantastic Four’s The Thing. The clip ends with Shuri boarding a Wakandan ship and saying, "I've lost everyone that matters to me. A King has his duties, to prepare our people for the afterlife. I have mine." The screen fades to black and the words, "The Wakandans and Fantastic Four will return in Avengers: Doomsday," appear as a Doomsday countdown clock continues to tick.
The report called the leak "a little bit of an anti-climax," noting many fans had expected the X‑Men footage to be saved for last. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on December 18, 2026; the piece says the film aims to bring together the wider MCU and may set up a final stand for original X‑Men stars, with some retirement and casting rumors noted as unconfirmed. The full first trailer is expected during this year’s Super Bowl, but the report says the true events of Doomsday are unlikely to be fully revealed until the film’s December release.
