Leeds United host Manchester United in a Premier League fixture at Elland Road, and both sides have named their line-ups ahead of the match.

Leeds start Lucas Perri, Bornauw, Bijol, Struijk, Justin, Aaronson, Gruev, Stach, Gudmundsson, Dominic Calvert‑Lewin and Noah Okafor, with Calvert‑Lewin returning to the starting XI. Manchester United are named as Lammens, Yoro, Heaven, Martínez, Dalot, Casemiro, Ugarte, Shaw, Patrick Dorgu, Cunha and Sesko; the build-up noted Dorgu among Amorim’s No 10s and described that selection as "funky if so", while Joshua Zirkzee is named on what the report calls a "very inexperienced bench."

The live build-up recalls the last meeting in February 2023, when Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho scored in a 2-0 United win, during Erik ten Hag’s debut season while Leeds had just parted company with Jesse Marsch and were on their way to relegation.

Leeds went unbeaten in the league through December and produced high-scoring games, with 15 goals and seven points from recent matches against Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Liverpool, and Calvert‑Lewin is said to have rediscovered his form. Manchester United face a long injury list, Ruben Amorim was reported to have gone "under interrogation on Friday," and United "could only muster a point" at home to Wolves last time out; a victory today would take them to fourth. Kick-off is at 12.30pm GMT.
