Polygon reports azure logs are a rare material in Hytale that come from specific azure trees and are needed for crafting teleporters.

Azure trees are identifiable by their blue foliage; simply use a hatchet to collect the logs, and no specific hatchet tier is required. Azure logs are required to build teleporters, described as powerful tools that allow instant long-distance travel, and the recipe is considered a mid-tier craft so players may not need them until later in the game.

Rather than wandering aimlessly, open your map and look for areas that appear predominantly blue while in the Emerald Wilds, the starting zone; those areas often contain multiple bodies of water and can also yield azure kelp.
