Lost Ark's fourth-anniversary skins include a bus mount and odd outfits
For the fourth anniversary of Lost Ark's western release, the MMO added a set of skins that were designed by players in the original Korean version and then voted into the game. The results largely follow familiar patterns—sorceress outfits get skimpier with each tier, and one winning skin is essentially lingerie—though one entry stands out.
The hero-class winners are notably revealing: slayers and valkyries receive a boob strap and a skirt with a slit that exposes the right cheek. Other submissions push boundaries as well, including a martial artist skin with a conspicuous crotch zipper. This year’s anniversary mount is a bus, and unlike previous years it isn’t a free gift.
Players will need to be prepared to pay for it rather than receive it as a giveaway. The month’s major gameplay addition is the Guardianknight, a halberd-wielding fighter who taps into the power of the Guardians—gigantic raid creatures—to summon scaly shields, wings, and other monster-themed effects.
