Mandy Moore and other members of the so-called mom group were on hand Thursday to support Hilary Duff during the Los Angeles stop of Duff’s Small Rooms, Big Nerves Tour at the Wiltern, with Moore attending the final LA show. Moore posted on Instagram praising Duff, writing, “Broke my brick time to say that my bud is a sensational icon queen giving us all what we needed,” and adding, “You are forever a superstar, @hilaryduff!!!!” She also shared footage of Duff performing the track “Mature,” labeling it “My fav song!” and tagged Duff’s husband Matthew Koma and her own spouse Taylor Goldsmith as they were seen “grooving out” at the show.

People reported that mom-group members Janice Lee and Gaby Dalkin were also in attendance. Moore, Duff and others — including Meghan Trainor — have previously been photographed at mom-group activities with Ashley Tisdale. The show of support comes amid an ongoing rift after Tisdale called the group “toxic” in an essay for The Cut earlier this month and said she cut ties via text after feeling excluded and “not cool enough.” Since then, family and friends have taken sides: Duff’s husband Matthew Koma mocked up a cover of The Cut and called Tisdale “tone deaf” and “self obsessed,” Dylan Efron defended Tisdale on Watch What Happens Live, calling her “sweet,” and Duff’s sister Haylie has appeared to side with Tisdale.
