Mariah Carey stuns in sheer floral corset gown while accepting MusiCares Person of the Year
Mariah Carey, 56, wore a sheer floral corset gown on the red carpet of Friday’s Person of the Year gala in Los Angeles, where she accepted the MusiCares Person of the Year honor ahead of Sunday’s Grammys. The transparent, bustier-lined black gown featured black lace, a small train and a corseted bodice.
Carey layered the sheer look over a black off-the-shoulder crop top and black briefs, finished with platform heels, long blond curls and a dazzling diamond necklace, diamond earrings and stacked diamond bangles. Inside the event Carey graciously accepted the evening’s honor, saying she felt “just blessed to be here.” She quipped she was “standing her tonight, surrounded by so many friendly and familiar faces — people I’ve worked with, people I’ve long admired.
