Marvel Rivals Season 6 'Night at the Museum' adds Deadpool on Jan 16, 2026

Pcgamer reports that Marvel Rivals Season 6, titled Night at the Museum, launches on Friday, January 16, 2026, following a brief server downtime that coincides with the end of Season 5 and will introduce Deadpool to the roster. The update includes Deadpool (and his Captain Pool outfit), a new Museum of Contemplation map and a fresh battle pass, plus a Hero Proficiency upgrade, events and multiple shop skins.

The published roadmap lists items across January and February: Jan 16 features the Museum Ticket battle pass, Whac-a-Jeff event and Cosmic Invasion pixel shop skins for Spider-Man and Venom; Jan 23 adds Disco Revolution Luna Snow and Thor shop skins and a Times Square Disco Night event; Jan 30 brings the Museum of Contemplation map and World Tour Merch Flight Mode event; Feb 2 adds additional shop skins; and a mid‑season update is scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026.

Deadpool is described as a Duelist who can swap roles mid-match to Vanguard, Duelist or Strategist, with abilities influenced by role and equipped weapon and a mid-match levelling book; his arrival is framed as the Collector sending him after Gambit and Rogue’s attempt to steal an artefact, which led to cages being opened and alien beasts being unleashed.
