Milano Cortina 2026 tickets: dates, prices and where to buy
The 2026 Winter Olympics will be held in Italy, hosted jointly by Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo from February 6 to 22. GOAL lays out how to buy Milano Cortina 2026 tickets, what they cost, and where events will take place. Official tickets for individual competition sessions and ceremonies are sold via the Milano Cortina 2026 site.
Around 1.5 million tickets were originally put on sale; the initial sales phase (from February 2025) used a lottery system, and since April 2025 tickets have been available in open, first-come, first-served sales. All official purchases require user registration, with up to 25 tickets allowed per account and a limit of 10 tickets per session (often lower for high-demand events).
Prices vary widely by sport, stage and seating category. The lowest tickets start at €30 for selected preliminary ice hockey matches; more than 20% of tickets cost under €40 and over 50% are under €100. Examples from the official range include curling (€40–€150), biathlon (€50–€200), snowboarding (€50–€440) and figure skating (€280–€1,200).
Ice hockey semi-finals run €200–€500, with the men’s final up to €1,400. Opening-ceremony seats at Milan’s San Siro start from €260 and will feature performances by Mariah Carey and Andrea Bocelli. Hospitality packages sold through On Location start at about €150 and can exceed €10,000 for premium offerings.
