MindsEye gets a massive new update, expansion is on the way

Build A Rocket Boy has released Update 7 for MindsEye, a patch the studio described as "a reset for the brand and the title." The update aims to improve campaign flow by clarifying objectives, improving AI behaviour, enhancing drone controls on PC and addressing numerous bugs.

Patch changes include added navigation guidance, mission adjustments to avoid unfair failures, audio and cinematic improvements, reduced default motion blur, and animation and AI fixes. PC users get revised Companion Drone controls and other UI tweaks intended to make the campaign more navigable.

Owners of the Deluxe Edition receive the Silva E‑Series street‑circuit racetrack in Redrock, complete with grandstands and cheering NPC spectators. Build A Rocket Boy says further new content is in development.
