Mod restores more than 100 conversations and 1,000 lines from Baldur's Gate 3 early access
Pcgamer reports that modder HyperspaceTowel has released Early Access Scenes Restored, a mod that brings back more than 100 conversations and 1,000 lines of voiced dialogue that were cut from Baldur's Gate 3's final release.
The restoration includes early-access scenes such as mind-controlled anglers protecting the dying mind flayer near the start of the game and thralls on the nautiloid from the tutorial, content removed for the final build. HyperspaceTowel plans to continue work on the mod to restore additional scenes.
Early Access Scenes Restored is available on Nexus Mods; it is recommended to install it before starting a new playthrough and not to uninstall it mid-playthrough because it adds characters and camp events. The mod can interfere with how Gale's beard looks, though that is addressed by a separate 'Gale's beard fix' mod that prevents his chin from clipping.
