Mr. Fantasy says he’s celibate and ‘exploring’ dating on first podcast

According to People, on Jan. 7 viral internet personality Mr. Fantasy told Taylor and Tay Lautner on their podcast The Squeeze that he is celibate and is "still exploring" dating.

On his first-ever podcast interview, the musician — who rose to TikTok fame in August 2025 and released a self-titled debut single in September along with the song "Wayuwanna" — said, "I don't masturbate. Haven't masturbated in quite a long time." Co-host Taylor said he was "kind of surprised" given how much "humping and stuff" appears in Mr. Fantasy’s videos; Mr. Fantasy called that behavior "a primal instinct."

He also described a recent Tinder date with "the wonderful Abby, who smelled like cookies," saying he has "learned a lot" and is "still exploring." Fans remain convinced he is actor KJ Apa in disguise, though he has vehemently denied knowing who Apa is or that he has watched Riverdale, and he said he is currently focused on enjoying life and making music.
