Pcgamer reports the MSI MAG 345CQR 34-inch ultra-curved ultrawide monitor is priced at $260.

The panel uses a tight 1000R curve, offers a 3440×1440 resolution and a 180 Hz refresh rate. Its pixel count is roughly 34% more than a standard 1440p display and about 40% less than 4K, meaning you may need to use upscaling in games to reach target frame rates.

Brightness and contrast are listed at 300 nits and a 3000:1 typical ratio, and the stand provides height, tilt and swivel adjustments. Note that the two HDMI ports only support up to 100 Hz, so a DisplayPort connection is required for the full 180 Hz.

The 1000R curve is intended to increase immersion for gaming but requires sitting fairly close and is not ideal for tasks like spreadsheets. There are higher-end gaming monitors available, but similarly large and bold options typically cost more than $260.
