Goal reports Kyle Larson claimed the NASCAR Cup Series Championship last November after finishing third in the deciding race; it was his second title. The NASCAR 2026 Cup Series schedule begins on February 1 with the Cookout Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium, and the Daytona 500 on Sunday, February 15 will be the first points-paying race.

Broadcasters change during the year: FOX and FS1 cover the early season (from February 2 through May 18), Prime and TNT handle the in‑season tournament phase (May 25 through July 27), and NBC and USA Network carry the remainder, including the playoffs (August 3 through November 2). Races on FOX and FS1 stream on the Fox Sports app, NBC and USA races are on Peacock, FuboTV offers FOX, FS1 and NBC/USA races, and TNT races can be streamed on Sling TV.

In the UK, Premier Sports will screen live coverage with Sky customers able to add it for £10.99 a month on a minimum 12‑month contract, a rolling monthly option at £15.99, or a £120 annual prepaid package; Amazon Prime Video customers can add Premier Sports for £15.99 a month. The published schedule lists the Cup Series Championship on November 8 on Peacock and sets out the full season calendar and broadcast assignments.
