NBA on NBC schedule changes for Sunday Night Basketball and Coast 2 Coast

The Winter Olympics will occupy NBC and Peacock primetime from February 6-22, with Olympic events and highlights airing live and in real time.

To accommodate the Olympics, NBA on NBC will pause some regular primetime windows. There will be no NBA games on NBC on Sunday, February 8 (Super Bowl LX), Tuesday, February 10, or Tuesday, February 17, and NBC/Peacock will air the 2026 NBA All-Star Game and related events from February 13-15 in place of the usual Sunday Night Basketball on February 15.

The NBA on NBC schedule largely returns to normal on Sunday, February 22, with Sunday Night Basketball back and Coast 2 Coast Tuesday games resuming the following week. The 2025-2026 NBA season will continue through the regular season into early April, after which Sunday nights will shift to baseball and later return to football in the fall.
