New Baldur's Gate 3 update fixes corrupted saves after 'final' Patch 8
Now that the "final" Patch 8 has been out for nearly a year, Larian Studios has released another update for Baldur's Gate 3, tackling a handful of lingering technical problems.
The studio posted, "Bet you thought you’d seen the last of these." It said a few crashes and issues were still occurring, and that players who were getting stuck while loading saves or trying to progress from Act 2 into Act 3 should find their corrupted saves fixed.
Versions listed in the announcement show Xbox Series X|S and PS5 at 4.1.1.7143914 and PC at 4.1.1.7151330. Community requests remain, from fixes to Wyll's banter text and an anisotropic bug on PC to fan questions about whether a Gortash romance is still possible.
