Nick Viall and wife Natalie Joy expecting twins after three miscarriages

Nick Viall and his wife, Natalie Joy, announced they are pregnant with twins after previously revealing three miscarriages in 2025. In a joint Instagram post they wrote, "Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it’s TWINS," and shared a photo of Joy cradling her bump and holding ultrasound images while they kissed their 2‑year‑old daughter, River Rose.

Viall had disclosed in August that Joy experienced a third miscarriage that year during an episode of their podcast, saying there was "no really easy way to talk about this" and that it "f–king sucks." He added that Joy was at home resting and healing after the losses.

Joy described the pregnancy as "surreal" and said she could not believe she was this far along and expecting twins.
