Movieweb reports that Year 10, a 2024 dystopian film, has entered the Prime Video Top 10 in the U.S. after being largely overlooked at release. The Ben Goodger‑directed movie stars Toby Goodger, Duncan Lacroix, Hannah Khalique‑Brown and Luke Massy. Its synopsis reads: "10 Years after the fall of civilization, cannibalism has become the only option for humanity's dwindling survivors.

When a violent tribe murders his father and steals the medicine keeping his love interest alive, our protagonist must embark on a treacherous journey battling the elements, packs of vicious wild dogs, and the cannibal group, or else lose the only thing he has left." The film reportedly had only one critical review on Rotten Tomatoes and no marketing, and it eliminates spoken dialogue entirely as a stylistic choice.

Reaction has been mixed: a 1.5‑star Letterboxd review by ashdrzy said, "Of all the post-apocalyptic/ individual survival movies, this is one of my least favorites," adding that the plot was unclear; a 3‑star review from Benn called the "no-dialog thing" "kinda cool" but felt the film "needed more to it." One Letterboxd comment asked, "Were they too lazy to write a script?" Meanwhile a Rotten Tomatoes review called the film "riveting," praised it for not being "your typical post-apocalyptic, cookie-cutter, film" and for showing "actual imagination," while others labelled it "the worst movie I've watched in my adult life." Year 10 is streaming now in the U.S.
