Overwatch's Feb 13 patch nerfs every new hero except Emre

A few days after adding five new heroes, Blizzard released a small Overwatch balance patch that nerfs every new hero except Emre. Anran received boosts to her general damage and a tweak to how her Fan the Flames interacts with armor. Domina is at the top of the list: her Barrier Panel health was reduced from 250 to 225, though her primary fire range and the perk that extends it remain unchanged.

Some players noted a developer comment about an additional unlisted change—her crystal charge no longer restores shields if it damages deployables, and self-healing no longer counts toward her ultimate—and while that comment couldn’t be found, in‑game testing suggests those changes are present.

Emre's falloff range while aiming and the minimum explosion radius for his Cyber Frag were increased, which should make eliminating flying characters like Jetpack Cat easier. Jetpack Cat’s ultimate is unchanged, but she has reduced fuel.
