Overwatch grants event rewards after battle pass glitch
After a glitch prevented progress across the battle pass and its time-limited Conquest event, Blizzard is sending the event rewards to eligible players. The issue left many players stuck on one faction's track and unable to max out both sides after the game's recent reboot and overhaul.
The bug made it hard to bounce between Talon and Overwatch reward tracks, leaving some players just short of the Double Agent title that requires completing passes for both factions. Blizzard posted, "To make up for the inconvenience, we will be granting all eligible players (ie.
players who completed at least one event challenge in week 1) all the rewards granted by both faction passes as well as two prestige passes." That means players should receive 12 normal lootboxes, 1 epic lootbox, 1 legendary lootbox, the Sojourn and Emre voice line, the Overwatch and Talon titles, an Overwatch weapon charm and an Emre namecard.
