Reporting by Nbc notes the Parade of Nations at the 2026 Winter Olympics will be conducted in four locations due to the spread-out venues across northern Italy, with the primary Opening Ceremony events and one branch of the parade held at Milan’s San Siro Stadium.

It has been decided that the athletes will be marching in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Milan, Predazzo and Livigno. Each nation will be allowed to name two flagbearers across the four locations, while Italy, as the host nation, may name four. The Parade of Nations began as the Parade of Athletes at the 1908 London Games, when 22 delegations walked in alphabetical order.

In the modern programme the procession typically follows the Opening Ceremony's artistic programme, with Greece entering first and the host nation last; since 2020 the IOC has allowed delegations to select two flagbearers, a male and a female. To watch, NBC will air live coverage of the Opening Ceremony on Friday, February 6 at 2 p.m.
