Goal reports the New England Patriots host the Los Angeles Chargers at Gillette Stadium in an AFC Wild Card clash scheduled to kick off at 8.15pm Eastern Time. In the United States the game will be shown live on NBC and streamed on Peacock, while a variety of broadcasters will carry the match elsewhere.

DAZN NFL Game Pass will broadcast the game outside the United States, and viewers abroad may need a VPN such as NordVPN to access their usual services. In the US a local NBC affiliate and a digital antenna provide a free option, and DirecTV Stream's five-day trial is another free streaming route mentioned.

Team news is mixed. The Patriots have dealt with an illness wave — starting center Garrett Bradbury and tackle Vederian Lowe missed Thursday practice because of illness, though tackle Morgan Moses and linebacker Anfernee Jennings returned to full practice. Robert Spillane returned to practice this week after an ankle injury and is expected to start, Harold Landry III returned to practice on Wednesday, and Jared Wilson practiced in a red non-contact jersey; DL Khyiris Tonga missed consecutive practices and remains a concern.
