Prime Video's surprise hit Jury Duty is returning for a second season titled Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat, with the first three episodes arriving on Mar. 20 (via THR). The next two episodes follow on Mar. 27, and the final three will be released on Apr. 3. According to the show's synopsis, Season 2 follows Anthony, a temp at a hot sauce company, who attends a corporate retreat as the founder prepares to step down.

The getaway turns into a clash between corporate ambitions and small business values—unbeknownst to Anthony, the entire situation is staged. Company Retreat was filmed last year and underwent a lengthy post-production phase, with the article noting that editing the show was likely not an easy task.

The follow-up season does not appear to feature another prominent star headlining the episodes the way James Marsden did in Season 1. Season 1 earned strong reactions: Marsden played himself as part of a jury in a large prank centered on Ronald Gladden, and critics gave the documentary-style comedy an 84% on Rotten Tomatoes while audiences scored it 96%.

The series originally debuted on Freevee when that streaming service was active, and viewers praised the show's character-driven humor and the kindness of its unwitting subject.
