Rams at Bears in 2026 divisional round; model projects 52 combined points
Cbssports reports the Los Angeles Rams will visit the Chicago Bears in the 2026 NFL divisional round at Soldier Field on Sunday, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET. Both teams advanced via wild-card comebacks: L.A. (12-5) beat Carolina 34-31 on a game-winning touchdown pass with 38 seconds remaining, and Chicago (11-6) overcame an 18-point deficit to defeat Green Bay 31-27. Tutu Atwell is inactive for Los Angeles.
DraftKings lists Los Angeles as a 3.5-point favorite and the over/under at 49 points; the money line is Rams -202 and Bears +168. The 49-point total is the highest of the divisional round despite freezing temperatures and double-digit winds expected. The SportsLine Projection Model simulated the game 10,000 times, projects 52 combined points, and says one side of the spread hits in well over 50% of those simulations.
The projection model, which the outlet says is up well over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception, entered the divisional round on a 53-37 run on top-rated picks dating back to 2024. The model's specific pick is available at SportsLine.
