Razer's Pokemon headset drops to record low at Woot for 30th anniversary
Pokemon's 30th anniversary kicks off on February 27, and Razer's Pokemon Edition Kraken V4 X wired headset is available now. The pair is plastered with the adorable faces of Pikachu and Kanto starters Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. At Amazon's Woot the headset is down to $69.99, a record low, while Amazon's own US storefront shows it at $80.99.
The deal cuts the price from its $99.99 MSRP by $30, bringing this licensed option in line with Razer's non-flashy wired headsets. Being a wired headset, the V4 X uses a simple 3.5mm connection and lacks Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz wireless support. That wired connection does make it compatible with the Switch 2, so you can play Pokemon Legends Z-A and other series entries with the official product.
If you want something different, Razer's Gengar Edition Kraken Kitty V2 is available for $139.99 at Razer US, and the Barracuda X Chroma is listed at $109.99 on Amazon US.
