Reigns: The Witcher retells Geralt's adventures in Nerial's Reigns style — Pcgamer

French indie studio Nerial has adapted its Reigns series to Geralt's adventures after a conversation with CD Projekt Red at GDC. The team, which had "great success" with a Game of Thrones version in 2018, has fashioned cartoon versions faithful to The Witcher 3, so players will meet Yen, Triss and Regis and encounter adapted quests and iconic moments — you might find a stuffed unicorn or a mute druid.

Nerial has also added new material drawn from wider myth and folklore. In a preview build the writer was eaten by a tarasque, the lion-headed dragon-turtle of French mythology, and the team says it took inspiration from Andrzej Sapkowski's habit of borrowing from varied mythic strands as well as from Euripidean tragedy, the lais of Marie de France and Provençal folklore.

Choices affect four meters that track how liked or hated Geralt is by different communities and his commitment to the witcher's path.
