Return to Silent Hill figurines will soon be available

Figurine-maker Zombie Sailor's Toys is partnering with Konami to produce action figures based on Return to Silent Hill, Christophe Gans' latest attempt at adapting the Silent Hill franchise. An update on the toy manufacturer's website describes the figures as "officially licensed" and promises "screen-accurate sculpts, haunting likenesses, and the obsessive attention to detail you've come to expect from Zombie Sailor's Toys." The line will include James Sunderland, Pyramid Head, The Nurses and The Armless.

Return to Silent Hill is meant to be a faithful adaptation of Silent Hill 2, but The Armless do not exist in the game; they appear only in the film franchise and are heavily based on Silent Hill 2's Lying Figure. Product descriptions say the James Sunderland figure will resemble Jeremy Irving's version of the character — long, shaggy hair, various pieces of silver jewelry and a penchant for smoking joints in his Mustang.
