Former NFL tight end and current football analyst Rob Gronkowski predicted the New England Patriots will beat the Seattle Seahawks 28-24 in Super Bowl LX during his January 28 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Host Jimmy Fallon said the segment had become a tradition and noted Gronkowski’s past picks "hasn't really gone well," as the show played a reel of his previous predictions.

On January 30, 2023 Gronkowski picked the Philadelphia Eagles but the Kansas City Chiefs won; on January 29, 2024 he chose the San Francisco 49ers but the Chiefs won; and on January 29, 2025 he picked the Chiefs but the Eagles won. Gronkowski quipped, "You're making me look really bad," and the show noted he personally has four Super Bowl rings — three with the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

When Fallon asked who he picked to win Super Bowl LX, Gronkowski said, "I'm gonna break the trend of being wrong, and I'm going with the New England Patriots. I will be right this time, and I'm going with the same exact score as when we beat [the Seahawks] in Super Bowl XLIX: New England 28, Seattle 24." Super Bowl LX will air live on NBC and Peacock on Sunday, February 8, with kickoff scheduled for approximately 6:30 p.m.

ET. The game will feature halftime performer Bad Bunny, an opening ceremony performance by Green Day, and pregame performances from Charlie Puth, Brandi Carlile and Coco Jones.
