Rockets at Pistons: injury updates, odds and SportsLine model projections

Cbssports: The Houston Rockets visit the Central Division-leading Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena on Friday night, with tipoff set for 7 p.m. ET.

Houston (26-16), second in the Southwest Division, is coming off a 128-122 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday and is 11-13 on the road this season.
