Ryzen 7 Mini PC with 24GB RAM Drops to $459 as Mac Mini Alternative
The Beelink SER5 MAX packs full desktop functionality into a very small case that can hide behind a TV or monitor. It runs an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor with eight cores and 16 threads, boosting up to 4.75 GHz, and uses integrated AMD Radeon 680M graphics for 4K streaming, image and video editing, and casual gaming without a discrete GPU.
Memory and storage are geared toward multitasking: 24 GB of LPDDR5 RAM helps keep background processes and multiple apps responsive, while a 500 GB M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD delivers fast boot and file access. Two additional M.2 slots are available for installing multi-terabyte drives to expand project and game storage.
Despite its small footprint, the mini PC can drive up to three 4K displays simultaneously via HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB 3.2 ports, one high-speed USB-C port, and a 2.5 Gb LAN jack, and the system can be used as a permanent desktop or a compact server.
