Sabrina Impacciatore delivered a dazzling, nostalgic dance routine celebrating 100 years of Winter Olympics history during the Milan-Cortina Games' Opening Ceremony. The time-defying number moved from the 1920s to the present, complete with animation, costume changes, vintage ski ensembles and a fleet of winter-gear back-up dancers.

An animated sequence transported her into a winter wonderland before she appeared live to lead the performance. The medley mixed jazz and swing with Adriano Celentano’s “Prisencolinensinainciusol,” and reached an energetic peak with “espansione,” a track by Mace, the green-haired Milanese producer who also DJ'd during the parade of athletes.

Impacciatore stood center stage amid the dance party as the segment concluded. Impacciatore began onstage in the late 1980s on Non è la Rai and later appeared in Disokkupati and in films including The Last Kiss (2001), Kiss Me Again (2010), There's No Place Like Home (2018), Napoleon and Me (2006) and Amiche da morire (2013).
