Page Six reported that Sharon Osbourne attended Clive Davis’ pre‑Grammy party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday, accompanied by her children Jack and Kelly Osbourne, a day before the Grammys will pay tribute to Ozzy Osbourne. The trio posed for photos at the gala: Jack, 40, stood between his mom and sister holding them both by the shoulders, and all three dressed in black — likely a nod to Ozzy’s signature attire.

Inside the event, Sharon paused for a photo with Kelly, 41, and MGK and threw up a peace sign. Page Six said Sharon also appeared animated in conversations, chatting with Jelly Roll and even grabbing his face during their exchange. The Grammys on Sunday will honor Ozzy with a star‑studded tribute featuring Post Malone, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan and Slash, Page Six reported.

Ozzy died in July 2025 at age 76 after suffering a heart attack; his eldest daughter Aimee filed the death certificate listing "out of hospital cardiac arrest," and citing "coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction" as causes. Page Six also noted the family has struggled with grief: Kelly said on The Osbournes Podcast that she slept in her mom’s bed for two months after Ozzy’s death, saying, "I never realized just how horrible grief is.
