Collider reports that streaming data from FlixPatrol shows Rebecca Ferguson's sci-fi drama Silo has returned to global streaming charts, finding a new audience in many countries despite not being on the air for close to a year and with no Season 3 release date in sight.

Created by Graham Yost, Silo follows the last couple of thousand people left on Earth after a world-ending event renders the outside world uninhabitable and forces humanity to live in silos. Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer who stumbles across something that sends her on a dangerous truth-seeking path, and her performance has been praised for its gravitas and physical and emotional demands. The series has earned critical acclaim—Season 1 scored 89% on Rotten Tomatoes and Season 2 scored 92%—and Apple TV renewed the show for two more seasons while Season 2 was airing; Apple has also become a destination for buzzy sci-fi such as Severance and Pluribus.

Season 3 does not have a premiere date yet, and Season 4 is still in production. Ferguson said, "I've loved every minute of bringing Juliette to the screen and am immensely proud of what we've all created with Silo since the first episode," and she added that she has felt passionate about telling the entire story contained within Hugh Howey's books and looks forward to the final two seasons that will conclude the dystopian tale.
