SNL parodies HBO’s Harry Potter as racy 'Heated Wizardry' with Finn Wolfhard

Movieweb reports that Saturday Night Live staged a lengthy sketch imagining HBO would "rewrite" its upcoming Harry Potter TV show into a streamy sports drama called "Heated Wizardry," with Stranger Things star and this week's SNL host Finn Wolfhard playing Harry Potter and Jason Momoa appearing as Hagrid.

The sketch, presented as a "hastily rewritten" script, has Wolfhard's Harry smitten with Ron (Ben Marshall) and is full of puns and innuendo about wand growth and broom grabbing; Momoa's Hagrid delivers the line "You're a homo, Harry," and the Hogwarts depicted jokes that "the only think hotter than hockey is Quidditch." The bit includes semi-naked Quidditch and features Chloe Fineman as Hermione, James Austin Johnson as Severus Snape, Ashley Padilla as Professor McGonagall and Kenan Thompson as Alastor Moody.
