SNL Imagined the U.S. Men's Heterosexual Figure Skating Championship

Saturday Night Live's January 25, 2014 cold open, "The U.S. Men's Heterosexual Figure Skating Championship," imagined the run-up to the Sochi Olympics. committee assembles a B-squad of less talented but "undeniably heterosexual" skaters. The faux competition sends out TJ Davenport (Bobby Moynihan) in a Jets jersey and cargo pants, complete with air guitar and an actual bag of Combos; Malcolm Barnes (Jay Pharoah) shuffles slowly across the ice; and Dino MacMillan (Beck Bennett) skates as a pair with his favorite Applebee's waitress, Shannon (Kate McKinnon), who has no interest in being his partner.
