Cbssports: SportsLine NFL expert Jeff Hochman has put together a three-leg parlay for the Conference Championship games, backing the Denver Broncos (alternate +6.5), the Los Angeles Rams (alternate +3.5) and Hunter Henry over 42.5 receiving yards. Hochman cites Sean Payton's success with backup quarterbacks and Jarrett Stidham's preseason form (30 of 38 for 376 yards, four TDs, 143.0 passer rating) as reasons to side with Denver, while noting Drake Maye's volatility in the Divisional Round (three TDs, three turnovers).

He points to Denver's home advantages — a .700 home winning percentage over a 30-year sample, a league-leading 68 sacks, fifth-fewest yards allowed per play and a +45 sack differential — versus New England's 24th ranking in road yards per play and a -13 sack differential. Per R.J.

White, home underdogs of four points or more had been 9-0 ATS from 1976 to 2020 and are 3-0 ATS this postseason, a trend Hochman highlights. For the NFC game Hochman prefers the Rams at +3.5 despite a model that sets Seattle at -4, citing quarterback experience (Matthew Stafford) and Los Angeles' recent success in Seattle (covered six straight, eight of last ten overall and 5-0 as underdogs).
