Stranger Things Drops From Global Streaming Charts

Netflix's lineup is anchored by a few flagship shows, and the streamer’s biggest release so far this year was Bridgerton, which returned for Season 4 with a 52% viewership increase and reached the top of the streaming charts. That surge has pushed another flagship, Stranger Things, off the streaming charts in most countries.

Stranger Things concluded with an epic finale on New Year's Eve and inspired many viewers to begin re‑watches, keeping the series in the top ten worldwide for several weeks. It still appears in markets such as France and Germany and even reached fourth in Serbia, but it has fallen out of the UK, U.S., and the global charts.

Reviewer Robert Brian Taylor awarded the Season 5 finale an 8/10, writing, It's a story that went on a lot longer than its creators might have originally intended — and it hit a few speedbumps along the way — but it's one that arrived at a supremely satisfying conclusion nonetheless.
