Styx: Blades of Greed is a dense, inventive open-world stealth game
Styx: Blades of Greed pushes the series into a semi open world, knitting together complex bases into dense, sneaking-ready maps. The game offers a huge variety of approaches—decoy clones, cloaking amber magic, poison bile, bottle distractions and classic hiding spots—so players can tackle rooms and objectives in countless creative ways.
That breadth of options makes hunting down and stealing trinkets consistently satisfying. Movement and upgrades widen the possibilities further. New moves like double jumps, wall runs and later tools such as a grapple hook and paraglider let Styx access and reframe old areas, while unlockable balloon travel and reworked zones encourage repeated infiltration.
The Wall, Akenash Ruins and Turquoise Dawn each deliver distinct, interconnected spaces where stealth, traversal and the placement of guards shape how you enter and move through them.
