This ‘Summer House’ Star Loves to Eat Like a Child
Ciara Miller returns for the 10th season of Summer House and jokes that she “has the diet of” a toddler. When she first joined the Bravo series, the coronavirus pandemic kept the cast together for six weeks straight; now, five seasons in, she says she has found her stride.
She tried something different last year on The Traitors. Although she was eliminated by her teammates, she called the experience positive, saying it helped her “shed different layers” and brought a new level of confidence in front of the camera. Reality television is not the whole story: Miller began on the show as both a registered nurse and a model.
She has not worked a nursing shift in over a year but insists she will “always be attached to medicine” and plans to work in the medical field or do health care activism. Speaking in a conference room at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Miller described small, everyday routines: her cat Jasper wakes her at 6 a.m.
