Titus Welliver Joins Dark Winds Season 4 as Imprisoned Crime Boss
Season 4 of Dark Winds premieres February 15 at 9 p.m. EST on AMC and AMC+ and will run for eight episodes. A new social media tease shared ahead of the premiere offers a first look at the threats facing Navajo Tribal Police officers Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee. The season introduces two central antagonists: Franka Potente as Irene Vaggan, a relentless survivalist tied to the central case, and Titus Welliver as Dominic McNair, an imprisoned crime boss.
The teaser, posted by Zahn McClarnon, includes a chilling line from McNair: "You’re never going to see that girl again." The plot centers on the disappearance of a young Navajo girl, played by Isabel DeRoy-Olson, who witnessed a brutal crime. The investigation pulls Leaphorn (Zahn McClarnon), Jim Chee (Kiowa Gordon) and Bernadette Manuelito (Jessica Matten) away from the reservation and into 1970s Los Angeles.
Collider previously noted praise for Season 3, with a review describing the series as well-crafted.
