Too Kyo Games has revealed that The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy has been two games in one all along, Gamesradar reports.

The developer said the release is a two-in-one pack containing The Hundred Line and The Hundred Line 2. The first part contains the first 100 in-game days, and the second covers everything that happens after. Too Kyo Games also released new key art and a trailer to celebrate and further separate the two parts, although nothing has changed on the game's Steam or Nintendo eShop pages.

Danganronpa creator Kazutaka Kodaka said there have not been any public announcements toward adding the new routes, but that "given the branching nature of the game, adding DLC content that does add additional routes to the game is certainly something that is possible". She added that if content continued to be added "you'll end up with quite a Frankenstein's monster of a game in the end – but I absolutely have the ambition to make that."
