Made for an estimated $14 million, High Voltage never matched its predecessor's box office and the franchise went dormant after a $34 million global haul. Two decades on, it remains a cult favorite among Statham fans, and the streaming bump may be tied to renewed interest as his new film Shelter continues its theatrical run.
