Why There Aren't New Episodes of Law & Order and SVU Tonight

Both Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit are on a brief hiatus to make way for NBC's action-packed programming for the Milan Cortina Winter Games. From white-knuckled bobsled races to mind-boggling skating scores, viewers will be tuning in for Olympic coverage on NBC and Peacock.

New episodes of Law & Order Season 25 and Law & Order: SVU Season 27 will return on February 26, with a new Law & Order at 8/7c followed by SVU at 9/8c on NBC. As always, new episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock. The logline for Law & Order Season 25, Episode 13 (“New Normal”) says Walker revisits his undercover identity to get details on a gang-related murder, while Baxter and Price weigh the consequences of ruining another department's investigation to get their conviction.

SVU Season 27, Episode 13 (“Corrosive”) teases an attempt on a respected judge's life connected to an anonymous video posted to the SVU tip line, with Rollins trying to help a victim come to terms with their abuse.
