Wonder Man is set roughly from late 2025 to mid-2027 on the MCU timeline
Gamesradar reports that Marvel Studios' Wonder Man can be placed roughly from late 2025 to mid-2027 in the MCU, based on on-set clues and the show's own timeline.
On-set sleuthing turned up an in-universe casting call that reads "Shooting Starts January 2026," and the eight-episode series itself covers about one to two years in the lives of Simon Williams and Trevor Slattery. The Spotlight series follows Simon from a struggling actor fired from the set of American Horror Story to being cast in and completing the Wonder Man film, and it also picks up Trevor Slattery about a year after his last appearance; Slattery first appeared in Iron Man 3 (set in 2013) and returned in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (set 11 years later, in 2024) where he was revealed to have been living as a prisoner of the real Mandarin.
Wonder Man's opening episodes are roughly concurrent with the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (set at Christmas 2025), while the final episodes lead up to present-day MCU events, with Thunderbolts*, Captain America: Brave New World and Daredevil: Born Again's first season all resolving in 2027. Wonder Man is streaming on Disney Plus now, and where or when Simon Williams and Trevor Slattery might next reappear in the MCU remains to be seen.
