Kiryu might know the streets and alleys of Kamurocho in Yakuza Kiwami 3 like few others, but that doesn't mean you do. The winding maze of shops, side streets, parks, and entertainment centers is overwhelming at first, especially because it's crammed with side stories, locker keys, weapon stores, pools, baseball cages, briefcases and casinos.

Downtown Ryukyu and the smaller Morning Glory Orphanage add more to learn, and the remake includes fresh additions for side modes like Bad Boy Dragon. Kamurocho never changes, except it kind of does. Despite being the same city as in Yakuza 2, you'll find subtle differences in stores and things to do around town and plenty of hidden collectibles like locker keys. Downtown Ryukyu makes up for its comparatively small size with a lot of points of interest and several fresh sub-stories that weren't present in the original Yakuza 3.
