Febspot may use Meta Pixel and related Meta technologies to measure advertising conversions, understand campaign performance, optimize advertising and support advertising audiences where permitted by applicable law and user choices.

Advertising Partners

Febspot may work with third-party advertising companies, demand partners, advertising exchanges and measurement providers.

Advertising partners may process certain browser, device, network, advertising and interaction information for purposes such as advertisement delivery, measurement, frequency control, fraud prevention and advertising personalization where permitted.

Public Information

Information and content that you intentionally publish publicly may be accessible to other users and third parties.

9. Account and Video Privacy

Febspot may provide controls that determine how particular content is made available through the Services.

Depending on available platform functionality, content may be public or subject to additional access controls.

Public videos and related metadata may be viewed, shared, embedded, linked to, indexed by search engines or accessed through third-party websites and services.

Users should exercise care when sharing content or granting another person access to content that is not intended for general public distribution.

Febspot may access or review content where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, customer support, copyright enforcement, technical operations, fraud prevention, monetization validation or compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

10. Communications from Febspot

Service Communications

We may send communications necessary to operate your account and provide the Services, including security notifications, payout information, transaction information, support responses and important platform updates.

Marketing Communications

Where permitted by applicable law, Febspot may send promotional, product or informational communications.

You may opt out of eligible marketing emails using an unsubscribe option provided in the communication or another available method.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Febspot from sending transactional, security, account or service-related messages.

Febspot operates a global video service and may use service providers located in different countries.

Personal information may therefore be processed within the European Economic Area and in other countries where Febspot or its service providers operate.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

Febspot may use automated systems and algorithms to assist with platform operations, including search, recommendations, security, moderation, fraud prevention, invalid traffic detection, analytics and creator monetization.

Where applicable law provides specific rights concerning a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects, Febspot will provide the protections required by applicable law.

Please provide sufficient information to allow us to understand your request and identify the relevant account or personal data.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure or deletion.

We will respond to valid privacy requests within the time required by applicable law. Where permitted, the response period may be extended for complex or numerous requests.

15.11 Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Users in Poland may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Users in other EEA countries may generally contact the competent supervisory authority in their jurisdiction.
